This intensive 2-day course equips Human Resource professionals with practical Generative AI skills spanning the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding, through employee relations, learning and development, and performance management, to compensation, workforce planning, and offboarding. - Write Effective HR Prompts: Master role prompting, context-setting, and few-shot examples tailored to HR tasks.
- Accelerate HR Documentation: Draft job descriptions, screening criteria, interview questions, policies, and onboarding materials significantly faster using Claude.
- Strengthen Employee Communications and L&D Content: Personalise announcements, engagement surveys, training outlines, and learning summaries with consistent quality.
- Manage AI-Assisted Employee Relations: Draft investigation summaries, grievance documentation, and disciplinary correspondence using neutral, professional language.
- Communicate Compensation & Total Rewards Clearly: Translate market benchmarking data and pay structures into plain-language employee communications.
