    AI for HR: Harnessing Claude for Human Resource
    This intensive 2-day course equips Human Resource professionals with practical Generative AI skills spanning the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding, through employee relations, learning and development, and performance management, to compensation, workforce planning, and offboarding. Using Claude, participants learn how to apply AI to real HR tasks at every stage of the employee journey, improving the speed, consistency, and quality of HR documentation, communication, and decision support — all while safeguarding sensitive people data.

    The programme balances foundational AI literacy with hands-on, prompt-driven practice across each lifecycle stage, closing with a dedicated look at ethics, security, legal, and responsible AI use in people decisions. By the end of the course, participants will be able to apply Claude confidently and responsibly across the full employee lifecycle.
